Vantage September Newsletter out now

A client recently asked me to run a workshop based on The Advantage by Patrick Lencioni to help their leadership group take the next step in becoming a high performing team.

The Lencioni approach is based on what he defines as the five dysfunctions of teams.  It is a common sense model that pulls together a number of threads relating to team dynamics, whilst ensuring a focus on execution.

The workshop format is also a powerful kick off to a more authentic way of operating.

Our latest blog post reviews the approach.
